Immigration Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Cafe Express, Wendy's

Why does Cafe Express/Wendy's go out of their way to accommodate illegal aliens? They could put as much effort into recruiting and retaining U.S. citizens.

Although Wendy's Inc. apparently missed a filing deadline that would have allowed about one hundred of their illegal alien employees to become legal residents, it appears that the company has a program designed to assist illegal aliens. Wouldn't it be easier to hire legal alien residents or U.S. citizens in the first place? In carrying out their illegal alien assistance policy Wendy's is making an intentional effort to displace legal alien residents and U.S. citizens.
